Psychologist
Hi, I’m Shuqi, a Psycholgist based in Singapore.
I see therapy and psychological support as part of a broader journey towards growth, resilience, and self-understanding. Choosing to seek support takes courage. I believe that every individual’s story is shaped by unique experiences, relationships, and contexts, and I view my role as walking alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as you navigate life’s complexities.
My approach is grounded in empathy, psychological science, and trauma-informed practice. Drawing from person-centred, strengths-based, and evidence-informed frameworks, I tailor each session to your needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, reflective space where you feel heard and supported — while also gently facilitating insight, skill-building, and meaningful change.
In my work, I have experience supporting professionals, young people, and adults facing mental health challenges, workplace stress, vicarious trauma, burnout, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and relational concerns. I am particularly passionate about mental wellness in high-impact roles and the importance of sustainable self-care in service professions.
You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or growth, I look forward to working alongside you as you move toward greater balance and self-understanding.
