We offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling, as well as specialized services for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and stress management.
All sessions can be held online or in person at our counselling space in City Hall.

How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by clicking on the button “Get Started” using our online booking system on our website.
If you do not know whom to work with, send us a message via the Contact page and one of our staff will respond to your message in 24 hours.

What should I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and any relevant background information. This helps us create a personalized plan for your therapy. It’s a collaborative process, and you’ll have an opportunity to ask any questions.

How long are counseling sessions?
Each session typically last 50-60 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions required varies from person to person, depending on the nature of the issue you're addressing. Some clients may feel better after just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support.

Are counseling sessions confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is a top priority. We adhere to strict privacy policies to ensure that your personal information and discussions remain private, with a few legal exceptions (e.g., imminent harm to yourself or others).

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can accommodate other clients.

How do I know if therapy is working?
Progress in therapy is often gradual, and it can be helpful to check in with your counselor regularly. Together, we will set goals and assess progress over time. It’s important to communicate any concerns or feedback you may have.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, which can be processed through the booking link. For clients wishing to pay via PayNow, please contact our admin team.
