Hi! I’m Caroline, a counsellor and psychotherapist from Singapore

As a counsellor, I see counselling a part of one’s self-care journey and the decision to seek counselling is a courageous one. I believe that all individuals and their experiences are unique, and see myself as someone who walks alongside my clients as they manoeuvre life’s challenges and work towards self-acceptance.

Drawing elements from different approaches, I adopt a person-centred and non-judgemental approach and tailor each client’s therapeutic plan according to their needs. In our counselling sessions, I will provide you with the safe space for you to freely express yourself without judgment as we work together on the challenges that you are facing.

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I have over a decade of experience in the banking industry, she understands the pressures of work and the stress that comes along in the modern working world.

In my practice, I have experiences working with young adults, adults, LGBTQIA+ community and elders who struggle with mental health issues, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, anger management, addiction as well as relationship/work problems and many more. You do not have to struggle alone and you are not alone. Let us work through the life maze together.
