Provisional Counsellor

Hi, I’m Brendan, a counsellor based in Singapore.

I believe counselling offers a supportive space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when we are navigating relationships, personal challenges, or major transitions. In therapy, I aim to provide a safe, respectful environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you make sense of your experiences.

My approach is person-centred, grounded in the belief that each individual has the capacity for growth when met with empathy, acceptance, and collaboration. I tailor each session to your needs, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support insight, emotional regulation, and practical change.

I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including individuals with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), supporting them with challenges related to emotional regulation, self-understanding, work or school stress, and relationships. I also work with individuals and families navigating relationship challenges, helping them improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen connection during difficult periods.
